Aerosköbing is with about 900 inhabitants the main town at the island Aerø/Denmark.
It is one of the very first places we visited by boat in Denmark and therefore has a special reminiscent meaning for us. Apart from that it is a beautiful town with a very well conserved historic center.
Another place of interest are the colored beach houses lining the beach adjacent to the marina, where long evening strolls are very quite and peaceful and with a little luck nice fossils can be found.
At the fisher's harbor huge traditional sailing ships are regular visitors.
